Would rather sell to someone local and I'm going to purchase new tires and rims, but thanks for the interest. I'd like to avoid having to ship these, I've heard some horror stories on here about the condition of rims once they reach there destination.

The AVS Winter is exactly that, a dedicated winter tire. In summer type temps, it wont last very long at all. Its compound is very soft even compared to all season tires. Just as you shouldn't drive summer tires in the winter, winter tires should not be driven in the summer.

Get the Toyo Proxes 4. I love them. I live in Philly and go to NY all the time. Great in the dry and wet. I was told that the Conti's make a lot of road noise when you get up to 10k miles. The Toyo's tread pattern look like they'll be quieter. And the grip is excellent even for a dry tire.
