I want to use 245/45/18 instead of the 245/40/18 to improve gearing. Going from 25.7 26.7 in overall diameter with 18x9.5 +35 wheels.
Anyone running these size tires on stock 8.5” wheels or 9.5” or any other size that is about 1” taller than stock?

I just want to know if there are any major fitment issues, I am guessing that the fronts may rub the inner fenders at full lock??

 

Way too tall. -5% speedo error not to mention likely well rub. Stay w/the 40 series
