I can't wait to start working on this. Still waiting on my kit

I actually contemplated the ralliart bushings. But once I started pricing everything it was going to be a bit more expensive than these kit

i had this done this year. yes i was told its a pita to install as the shop has only done one other evo and it was the techs evo so he knew what was involved...
the car does make less noise but there are new noises such as her whine and diff noise from my restacked rear diff. its not the death whine fyi.
the car doesn't wander and everything is tighter and spot on. the anti lift was also done as well as a race spec alignment and corner weight.
cheap mod, high labor price but when you fly into that first turn and it stays on rails then you will know it was worth it. you will hear new noises but they're normal as you won't have the rubber dampening it anymore.
i couldn't imaging what robispec solid mounts would be like or even solid diff mounts.

oh yeah your tires will wear better too as they don't have the deflection the rubber bushings had front and rear

This thread lists the Ralliart part numbers http://www.lancerregister.com/showthread.php?t=394898

The bushings can be found for a decent price on RHD japan http://www.rhdjapan.com/ralliart-bus...ront-ct9a.html or BRR http://www.brr.at/cms/baumschlager_r...racing_en.html

Any bushings not listed on their site can usually be added just by sending an email to RHD Japan asking them to add the part to their website. Or just email BRR and ask them for package deal pricing on a full set.

I run full Ralliart bushings on my Evo and they are noise free and perform exactly like you would expect Group N bushings to.
Seems like Ralliart makes replacement sepherical bushing too? I don't see the description saying so, just looks like it is from the low res pictures.

All the parts number is here:

Rear end:

There are two bushing on the lower control arm that Ralliart don't make a replacement for.
That is fine as the stocker is already rubber lined spherical bushing

a few long term notes
you will notice many new noises
i have gear whine at 80mph
the suspension has its creaks and groans
the rear since it was restocked makes noise
otherwise tire wear is less that before
the car is very tight and no squirminess
its not a huge difference by the seat of the pants but its noticeable
it just feels tighter overall

how much of the grease provided did you use during install? I finally received my kit but I haven't had the time to install. I think I will be doing a couple of track days first then change it out. that way I can see/feel the difference
