Brake Noise

I replaced my pads and rotors with centric rotors and stop tech street pads about a week ago. Brakes work perfect but they'res a lot of grinding noise and it's loud. Anybody dealt with this?

One the most frequent questions posted in this section

Did you bed the brakes in properly / Are you using the OEM shims? / Did you clean the rotors before installing

There are many factors, I just noted a few. Running the non OEM shims in the rear was a serious noise maker for me

I thought the most common question was why is my brakes sqealing lol, but anyway, all of the above clean brakes thoroughly, seat pads in correctly, shim set up correct, I use a thin smear of copper ease on the pins and back of pads, between Shims and pistons, seems to keep them quiet for me. also make sure both pistons are free and pushing down evenly on pad ie inspect pad wear
