Spring Rate Upgrade

So I am planning to pick up a new set of Fortune Auto 500 series coilover but I am thinking about up grading the spring rate. Something that would be good for street driving and autocrossing. I know the spring rates are 9 and 8 I believe straight from the shop. The vehicle is a 06 Evo 9.

Well if you drive around on smooth roads then increasing the spring rates are fine. Otherwise I would just stick with the current setup. Springs are easy to replace later on if you feel the need to upgrade.

I recommend you call this into FA (talk w/Terry) & discuss your set up

Based on your comments, I would recommend you consider something like 8k/10K

Yeah I just got done talking to one of our local shops and he recommendeds me to call the shop and discuss this with them also. Knowing they are the ones who make it so they will know more.

Do you drive your evo in the winter? If so, maybe just get some GTWorx springs for your Bilsteins instead.
