Thumbs up decided on rims

Hey everyone,

After carefully sifting through thousands of pages looking for new rims and tires for my evo, I've finally find the ones I think look great, and are reasonably priced. I found these at revwheels.com, they look like the gold volk's but at a more affordable price to me . If anyone has any info on these rims, I would appreciate it. I know fitment is an issue here, so info on the sizing and alignment and all that would also be appreciated. I look to order these by friday and have them on by mid April, i will post pics then. Link is below, I am looking at gold.

Sorry..won't work. It is hard enough finding a set of 8" wide wheels that will clear the Brembos...those are only 7" wide.
You definitely should not get anything narrower than 8"
As you know your choices are limited. If you are looking for reasonably priced and light...you are pretty much limited to the choices posted in the thread of wheels under $250. There are a few other choices not listed in that thread...but they will probably be heavier than stock.

The weights listed for them aren't all that bad. They aren't bad though because they are so narrow...7" wide for the 17's and 7.5" wide for the 18's.....

dammit so they wont work? I've spent ages trying to find rims at a good price. I mean, $2000+ for rims W/O tires is ridiculous to me (volks, etc) I could get the new buschur turbo upgrade for around the same price + or - 500$. I didn't think the weight is all too bad, i believe the stock rims are 22-24lb??? so any weight saving is beneficial. Thanks for puttin me straight tho broeli, I would have made a mistake buying them. I guess ill wait for more options availabe to me. So, instead I guess ill go performance upgrade for now, off topic but on the same note, im going to get this since the shop is in daytona (45 mins away) BTW, i know auction is done, but ill go to shop anyways.

Thanks again,

Just use the stock rims. They get the job done, are fairly strong and don't weigh too much and put that money into the suspension and engine.

Knock off LE28N's= Not cool. Go with the real deal, as they say you get what you pay for and you're paying for crap.
