Will fitting worn Advans mess up alignment?

I have about 4/32nds of tread life left on the OEM Advans, but the inner portion of the tires are worn more due to excessive toe. The car was re-aligned and I put all season tires on. Getting excellent (even) tire wear now. I want to use up the remaining tread on the Advans, but I am concerned that it will mess up the toe portion of the alignment again. Does anybody know if this will happen? Any thoughts or experience would be appreciated.

Gumpy.

It should not.

I just went and got my car align and the settings before sucked. I 'm wondering if those idiots at did this so that the advan tires will worn out even faster $$$$$. I got a lifetime alignment on the car for $140.
