ES front control arm
So is replacing the big bushing on the front control arm with the Energy Suspension one a good idea? seeing as the stock one is a spherical type. Thought I had read not to replace the rear ones with ES but what about the front one?
Autocross car only if it matters. trailered to and from events.

I think youre on the right track. Seems like keeping the more robust OEM spherical might be the best bet. My susp tuner did not want me to change mine either. Unless you were able to locate that Perrin PSRS bush
At the other locations i went w/Whiteline. The ES bushes will be just fine as well
Heres a pic of a torn down EvO large OEM spherical just for reference

I have the ES kit installed and I find it hard to believe the kit is any less robust then that of the stock stuff... The sleeve that slides into the bushing is thicker and more robust then the oem one..
With that said - what about the Whiteline Evo 8/9/X Race-Only Anti-Lift / Caster Correction Kit...
If its a track only car - it looks like these are solid stainless
