Question to all ...perhaps somebody can answer this.

I looked at the www.pruvenperformance.com page and they seem to have replacement rotors for the Evolution (front and rear) ... Looking at those pics (full screen) you can see the following : "Eradi Speed" printed on the hats...now these are 2 piece slotted rotors.
I called Eradi Speed ....and they told me they DO NOT have slotted 2 piece rotors for the Lancer Evolution, only a cross drilled one... Now, how come "Pruven Performance" shows these ?.... It almost looks like the hat is from Eradi-Speed and the rotor is something else...is that possible ?

Please somebody explain this....

I have front slotted rotors on my car which I bought from Pruven in December, and which came in a box labeled Eradispeed, and IIRC, with various package inserts which were prominently labeled with either the Baer or the Eradispeed trademark.

So unless those rotors have been discontinued for some reason, I don't see why someone would say they don't exist.

I did hear a rumor that Pruven has exclusive distribution rights to these rotors -- so perhaps somebody was trying to tell you that they didn't have slotted Evo rotors available to sell you, which might be true.

 

I understand what u are saying...it is just very strange they would say that. The guy on the phone seemed very serious about his statement...when I told him that I have seen EradiSpeed rotors which were just slotted he immediately said that it was not possible...anyway, I was just curious...however even if Pruven has the rights to sell them it just doesn't sound right why EradiSpeed is rejecting it...but as you said the sales-guy could be just lying !!!!
