Brake Question

when i do light braking, my steering wheel shake, but when i apply more froce on the brake, the shaking goes away, i was told this is not a disc warping thing because it goes away as i apply more force to the brake, do anyone know what might be causing this? thanks in advance

p.s. my wheel is balance but my left back rim is bend

almost certainly pad deposits - read this

and then bed the rotors/pads again
