Ohlin install question Mis Mi01S1

Setting it up for street with 15 clicks for both front and rear. Finished install today and when lowering the car back on the floor, hear the rear driver side crackle under load and pop when unloaded. Car is on a pneumatic lift.

Found driver rear coil over extend beyond the bushings and go off center. Attached pic for reference. Did I screw up something?? I can’t think of any reason this is happening.

you can see the shaft off center. That’s not the case with the pass rear. Any recommendations to check / fix much appreciated. Car is still in the lift.

missing the black but that holds it in place. Glad I didn’t take it for a test drive.
