OEm Brake Pads

I need new brake pads for my evo, so where is the cheapest place i can buy oem brake pads from. I seen them on lancershop.com but their 219 for the front pair and 204 for the back pair. is there anyother brake pads i can use instead of the brembos that are just as good.

It will probably be tough to find a pad that is as good of a compromise as the stock pad. However I don't have too much experience with other street compound pads.

You might want to look at the Carbotech Bobcats. Mach V has the fronts for $160. They are significantly cheaper and provide excellent performance but there are two tradeoffs. One, they tend to squeal a bit during low pedal pressure, low speed braking. Two, their cold effectiveness is not quite as good as the stock pads. In my opinon the trade off is worth it since bite is phenomenal once they get a little warmed up.
