Springs Questions for tracking

I have started to mod the suspension, and now I am thinking of lowering the car down, but I don't want to sacrifice handling. I was thinking of doing the pro-kit fromn Eibach, with a front sway bar and underbars. I already have the 3 way adjustable cusco on the back, so I was hopping these would compliment them well.

What spring would be best for a track dedicated car? I am not ready to go the coil-over route just yet, I want to finish the engine mods / brakes first. The chassis is not a 'poor' handler stock, so I was thinking this would be a nice compliment to the factory setup.

Thoughts?

For a 'dedicated' track car, coil-overs are the only way to go. That being said, I am running Tanabe GF210's with a Progress group 25mm rear sway bar. I am EXTREMELY happy with this setup - ride quality isn't dimished, and grip, body roll and stability are all improved. There are several owners that are running this same setup and have posted about it in this forum.
