Tein S-tech Alignment for AutoX?

I purchased a set of Tein S-Tech springs about six months back. I had held off on installing them do to winter weather. I went AutoX yesterday and had the time of my life with my father, now I want to do some small modifications (along with my driving ). Now I'm ready to install these and get an alignment to benefit me in AutoX.

So,

1) Who should I take my car to for alignment?
Firestone? Local garage? Raceshop?
Spend $50 or $250?
(There is a local shop that only works on high-end cars, the owner/head mechanic has won national Solo2 championships and has a 9-Second IHRA car. His prices are VERY expensive.)

2) Should I bring settings with me? What are your settings?

My suspension mods:
RRE 25mm swaybar (ordered today)
Cusco Trunk Bar (Purchasing tomorrow)
Cusco Strut Tower Bar (Purchasing tomorrow)
Cusco V-Bar (Purchasing tomorrow)

After some research I came up with these settings:
Front Camber -1.6
Rear Camber -1.5
Front Toe 0
Rear Toe in 1mm
