Factory Specs for wheel alignment

Going to the Poconos in july for a track day. I need a wheel alignment bad. I got the Tein S springs installed and now the alignment is way off. I need the specs for what it should be set at so when I take it they can just set it to that. Any help would be great.

Per 2003 service manual
Front
camber -1deg +/- .5deg OR -2 deg +/- .5deg (aggressive spec. you swap the camber bolt)
caster 3 deg. +/- .5 deg. not adjustable
toe 0 +/- .08 inch.

Rear
toe .12 +/- .07 inches
camber -1 deg. +/- .5deg

toe and front camber are your only adujstments. I would recommend max negative camber, zero front toe, and a little bit of rear toe-in for track use.
