Hey guys my friend at a shop will be installing my springs he has a general knowledge of installing springs is there an online help guide I could print for him if he needs help. Thanxs

There is a "how to" in the how to section. If he has a general knowledge he shouldn't need it. It is very straight forward. The only ones you need to be a little careful with are the fronts.
