Winter Steel

As the weather is still hot it is hard to think of the cold of winter. But I am a long time winter tire user and ice racer. Blizzaks all the time on steel wheels. Now that I own my Kenmore White Evo RS I think that it will follow the same path. I figure that it will take a long time for me to find the proper steel wheel.

Steel 16 inch, keeping stock brakes, has anyone been able to do this?

Tire Rack guys?

I will probably try a different tire brand this time. So what winter tires have you guys out there used that managed the power of the Evo on the frozen tundra.

Unfortunately, nothing in steel or even 16" that will clear the Brembos. I haven't seen anyone yet here that's been able to put steelies over the brakes. Most owners use snows in the stock 235/45-17 or even downsize to 215/50-17.
