Brake sqeak after Alignment!
Guys,
I just had my car aligned after doing a spring upgrade. The outcome spec on the alignment was something like -1.3 camber for front w/ zero toes and -.5 camber and zero toes for rear.
The ride seemed fine, mabye less grip afterwards. But I really noticed was that when the car comes to stop the front driver side brake sqeaks now, it did not before! Can this be attributed to alignment??? I'm ready to go back to the shop.
thx.

Alignment has nothing to do with your break squeak.
Maybe during the spring upgrade:
....touching the rotors with greasy hands
...bent a backing plate trying to position the spindle to the strut
...ect.
BTW...
0 Toe's in the rear are actually out of specs...specs are 0.04 to 0.20
