How do you fix squeaking coming from your coilover's dampeners?!
I just installed the coilovers and there's this squeaking on quick bumps in the front
passenger side... I made sure everything was tight or torqued to specs. The alignment shop said it was coming from the dampeners. I called Tein up and they said to give it a couple hundred miles for the shaft to lube up on its own. Anyone else experience this with their coilovers and is their a quick fix to this...?!! Its really driving me nuts! |
Its a very common problem with Teins, i had that same problem with my Tein HA on my supra.

My TEIN SS I used to have on my Integra were squeeky as well

That's not good to hear... Did it ever go away..?! b/c I wouldn't be able to put up
with it for too much longerr.. |
put a little bit of silicone grease on the pillowball by the camber plates this usually helps.
