I talked to APR about this awhile ago. It appears the exhaust shield will not work in conjunction with it. I am not sure if they have made any updates on the diffuser or heat shield since i asked them last summer.

However, when our rep gets back from SEMA i will make sure to ask him. If it does, i will make sure to make a note of it in the original post.

Yeah the FRP's are really nice. However i really like the CF ones. Either way though, this adds some great style to the car.
