1.Yes these are brand new, in their original packaging from Mitsubishi Japan. No one, and I mean no one, sells more of these lights on EvoM than we do

2. These headlights fit all Evo 7-9 models with factory HID. Your bulbs/ballasts will transfer over, and your headlight levelling feature will still work. The fog bulbs on the JDM lights are a 9006 - to make this functional, we include the proper adapter harnes for you at no additional cost. You can then go to any autoparts store and pick up whatever 9006 bulbs you like for your fogs.

2A. If your Evo does not have factory HID, you will need to purchase an aftermarket HID kit. We do not sell HID kits, though I am sure you can find some on here from another vendor, or on ebay. These lights cannot be used without HID's

3. The headlights are a direct replacement - no trimming or body modifications of any kind is needed. Requires removal of the front bumper, takes about an hour to do and is very easy. Tail lights are a direct swap, and literally will take 5 minutes to complete

4. We DO NOT sell the JDM Evo 9 headlights - we only sell the ones from the JDM Evo 8 MR. These have a flat black interior section, and a bottom strip of amber, as shown in the above pictures
