I am personally in no hurry to blow up the engine in this car. As a matter of fact, if I never have to touch the engine in the car, I won't be sad. I've said before I have rods/pistons already for the engines. I just would rather keep this one in one piece and see if tuned correctly and done with some common sense how long it will last and how much power it will make.

Thats a nice comparison. Exactly what I wanted to see. Different style mods and didn't sacrifice anything down low.

With that said - we have the Buschur drop in JE pistons in our Evo X and I could not be more hapy with the noise free (no false knock issues) and smooth operation.

Sadly, a customer of ours shifted from 2nd to 1st instead of 3rd and sent the pistons to the valves

Then recently another customer drove the evo X into a sabb

Its had a hard life

Now that all the drivability is sorted out and it is running awesome I need to get it back on the dyno for a final WOT tune. I'm certain it is going to make even more power.
Well, did you get it back on the dyno? Have jrod take vidz, not only on the dyno, but back out on the street. I wanna see this thing in action

How high is your injector duty cycle running?

^ good question, I'd bee interested as well.

I'm running the Dom 1 turbo with 750cc RC injectors and stock pump. My idc's peak at 80%. I've been thinking about stepping up to the Dom2 which is rated at 52 lb/min (dom 1 is 49 lb/min but I have not pushed it that far yet 46lb/min is as far as I have gone). Given the 4 - 6 lb/min difference and figuring 10 crank hp per lb/min I would think with 880's he would be in the same 80% idc ball park. Then again, I'm not sure what Injectors he is running.....

Got a small question - the Bushur stages do not mention a test pipe. Does this mean that this car makes those numbers with the stock cat in place?

If it has a decat, do you have to get a fauler like in the 9 to make the CEL light go away?
