Another boring stock Evo 10

Yup, another boring stock Evo 10 MR.

2008 Evo 10 MR

Mods:

GST reflash (no custom tuning)
No other mods

One of Mikes good subaru customers came in on saturday, but instead of a subaru, he had a brand spankin' new 2008 Evo 10 MR. Mike asked me to baseline it and while it was on the dyno I put my "base" map on just for ****s and giggles. This was no custom tuning other than all I have learned from custom tuning a ton of Evo 10's and put into my base maps. AFR is still plenty rich at 10.5-10.7 AFR (up from 9.2-9.5 stock)

Could pick up even more power, smoother curves and more area under the curve with a custom tune and boost pill upgrade, but for now, not a bad little gain for no custom tuning and 100% stock down to the paper air filter.

+47whp / +33wtq

+50whp gains up top

Baseline (dotted line) was it's baseline with factory everything: (yes 208whp)

Very impressive. These cares are coming along quite nicely, even the MR.

Those are excellent gains. Nice work, can't believe it was so low stock... I bet it's a whole new car now.

When I first saw the gains I was wondering "why do they seem low?" Then I saw that this was an off the shelf map and wasn't custom tuned. Nice work for an off the shelf. Now convince this guy to get the custom tune! There's another 20-30whp to gain!

Ahhh...that was a fun night!!! My guesses were sooooo far off...

Someone pass me a beer... Thank again Bryan! Funny how my tires were louder then the exhaust!!! Oh and for an off the shelf map, it pulls quite nice.
