People are getting confused by DG. And their user adjustable "correction factor"

Dynojets can't be user adjusted, their weather station and baro sensors are what controls the correction factor

Being 5500 ft above sealevel
will kill hp and the sae correction helps balance that. It is better for na cars but it is what it is.

I have tuned cars @ mac and the sae does put it a bit high 1.15 would be a bit better
Agreed. Just thought 1.21 was a bit high even for 5000+ft above SL.

WOW you tuned at Mac and you car didnt blow up.....suprising well give it time..notiorus shop for blowing motors..Buyer beware

wasn't aware of that. so where do you get an evo X tuned in the rocky mountain region?

Regardless of the Correction Factor, the graph looks pretty much knock free and clean to me. With the mods you have I would say you are making average power.

Do you happen to know the air/fuel ratio during wot?

yeah my friend had his WRX tuned there and blew some rings before he made over 300whp.

Thanks for the feed back. Why is Tobz recommended over the others? What does he tune with (ECUflash, COBB pro or ATR?). Is it street tune or does he have a dyno?

Agreed I'm from CO and have seen and heard countless cars / stories about MAC blowing cars up. The owner Bill cares about one thing and thats money, thats it.

primarily ecuflash he really understands the full dynamics of tuning(mivec,afr,tiiming, fuel etc) and will give you a safe tune you can drive every day/ he tuned my car with fp red all supporting mods 30k miles ago and i have not had a single problem.

Tobz is good or Lucas at carz performance. I know that the dyno mac uses runs a lil high compaired to other dyno's in CO.

I called to have them do some work on my MRT. Talked with Bill and said "could you guys install some parts and tune my car?" He repied "what kinda car is it?" I said "Evo MR Touring." He puts the phone down and asks guys there "anyone know what an Evo MR Touring is?" I simply hung up the phone.

Try living in Canada..everyone is like this..my First tuner even went as far as saying mivec was useless and he got zero gains outta it. He also rant afrs at 10s too tho .

If you need a good sst tuner get ahold of clipse3gt he will do you up right the first time!
