my previous X had a much more aggressive tune and certainly had more gain on the boost, however this tune is perfect for the bolt on's a daily driver, when i bolt the red and other supporting mods on it, then a more aggressive tune will be in order. Ideally i would of loved a slightly harder tune in regards to the gain, but also this is a 2011 X and i don't want any major issues to occur that may be new with the X's...

Mitch, would a more aggressive tune mess up with the knocking issue? And will this issue occur when the red gets on the car? Can we increase the gain on the boost?

When the Red goes on we will run more boost for sure. Since the 2011 is undocumented in terms of changes to the motor (which I dont think they did) I would just rather stay on the safe side.

With the Red we will step it up and see what the 2011 can do for sure.

Thanks guys,

Mitch M
