I picked up an easy like 25-30whp with the short runner or whatever it was. It was a great gain with minimal loss in response.

 

I just got the long runner for my RA and fitment is perfect now I need to get re tuned on my new sleeved 2.0 with ams tmp cams. Hey CHRIS FROM MAP can you do me a favor and put a note in the box of every long runner that tells you to bolt the heat shield up before tightening the header to the block I got screwed over by tightening everything down first then realizing the shield bolt hole was blocked by the header. I hope this info helped CHRIS PM me if you have any questions about this
