...another stock turbo on E85 dyno results
Got the car pro-tuned last Thursday, been on the road...so slow to post. First, huge thanks to
Kevin, Calvin, and the entire crew, top notch. Didn't get the car wrapped up till just after 10pm I think.
Very happy with the results, especially with the temps Calvin and the car were dealing with, something like 105* in the dyno bay, lots of breaks and water spray in an attempt to get intake temps down.
In the end, made 349/385 on E85 and 295/347 on 93.

Not too worried really, I know there are some guys making way more tq on stock clutches and are holding up...so far. I know my tq numbers on 93 were around 360'ish but Calvin dialed it down a little. More to do with the tune than the clutches im sure.
As far as the intercooler goes, no issue really, seemed to be fine. Would have been curious to know the boost temps...I know the intake temps were very warm...i know at one point it was at least 104* in the dyno bay. Im sure the ic was working overtime.

Thanks, drove her to DC day after the tune...switched back to 93 instead of having to hunt for E85 every 200 miles...ran great, temps were in the 60s driving through the smokey mountains, pulled so much better.
Now thinking fp green and cams...then likely ssp upgrade...maybe next spring.

Yeah Calvin tuned my Ralliart at 375/403 and the only time I've got slippage was at low speeds in low gears. According to ssp down in houston the stock clutches can safely hold about 360wtq reasonably. His car should be fine and if anything feel like a whole new car
Nice numbers for sure! Is the current mod list in your sig the tuned one?
