Not to much of a story behind this one. This is "Nobrakes" car. Its a 2010 EvoX with light mods.

BR fmic
STM intake
pon cams
HKS BOV
And thats it.

We have tested plenty of parts on this car as well as Shawna's X only to find out that it doesn't matter what you do to these cars. If you do not change the turbo, It will not make more than 330-340 whp on our dyno. Its simply out of steam. TQ is a different story...




I would not suggest trying this to anyone! It spikes at about 35 psi and is on 93 oct. Its just not good for safety, With that said, It sure was fun! Its nice to have customers that ask us to push the limits from time to time!

You can get more but you need E85/race fuel and loads of timing. I made 355whp on a dd dyno and that is 400whp on a dynojet.

But I think we were hitting 24/25 degrees of timing up top when the boost is tanking.

That is an awful lot of boost for pump gas, I am guessing you have like no timing in there when its near 35psi, lol.

 

That is definitely a lot of boost for 93, but I agree it does look fun.

 

I made 330-379 on this dyno with Emery behind the computer.

That was also above 30psi. Between 28-31 psi I think we gained 8hp.
