best time of year for dyne/tune
best time of year for dyne/tune
Titles says it all. I've heard cold weather is not good and rather be in the spring or summer 60-90 degree is best. I live in Minnesota and now it's around 30 degrees.
Thanks.
Thanks.
i would think you would tune in warmer temps just so the tune isnt so effected by warm/hot outside temps. however, you make some more power when colder. but, im no tuner. just ask ron at RS motors.
a tune takes into effect the iat (intake air temperature)
i prefer to have the car tune in the winter and then again in the summer. the winter allows for a nice cold start "tune" and then the winter allows minor adjustments to the iat compensation tables
