Anyone installed aftermarket subs in their cars yet? This past weekend I put in two JL8w7 in a ported box, and the rattling from the exhaust shield above the muffler is insane...lol.

Curious is anyone has modified this to fix this yet? I was thinking of taking it off and using a high temp silicone to plug the gap from the heat shield to the bottom of the spare tire well. Because its a heat shield I didn't think that dynamatt would work dut to the heat. however let me know if you have some exp with that stuff in high heat areas. Thanks
