Car alarm

Has anyone install a car starter alarm yet in there car?

i pick my car up monday and im gonna see when my work can install a viper, i'll let you know how it goes with keeping the fast key and door handle button

the reason i ask is because the dealer say, the ecu controls every thing. I ask if they could install the hid headlights, yes and that they program the ecu for the new headlights. i looked at the and said "what". they said that the ecu monitors the voltage of the car and if there is something that draws more power it will shut down the car. I am just ask because I want to know if it is true?

Got an alarm and electric start. I have NAVI and Fast Key. Alarm works great except that the Fast Key and the Alarm Remote conflict a bit. You have to seperate them slightly for them to work. Here is the thread with the description.
