Play MP3 DVDs on Navi system?

Play MP3 DVDs on Navi system?
Anyone get the Navigation system to play MP3s on a DVD? It plays MP3s off a CD fine but doesn't play MP3s off a DVD for some reason.
Anyone get this to work? Any special format the DVD has to be burned in?
