Where is my oem amp located? I do not have the optional fosgate package.

There is no external OEM amp. The amp is built into the head unit.

Wink

I have the p400-4 Rockford amplifier I purchased. What are the dimensions of the own Fosgate amp? Will mine fit under the driver seat?

That should fit just fine. Unless they have something else under there. Mine had the factory RF system, and it had a ton of room after I removed my factory amp. But as klaysta said, NON-RF system has no external amp.

It may be pre-wired. I see a hook up harnest in the trunk of my car where the RF sub goes, and I do not have the RF system in my car. You would need the RF sub for your exact year and model if the wires are there. I reccomend aftermarket for sure. I have a 400 watt Kicker amp as my multi-channel. If you do use the oem RF amp, I would change your 61/2 door speakers all around. There is a good chance the added power will blow them.

The Non RF systems do not have the wiring from the radio to the amp location under the seat. You will need to run your own wires.
