Would this ipod cable work?

Hello, I have tech package for my 08 MR and was wondering if this cable would work.

It'll work, yes. It just gives you L+R+Video signal, and you'll plug it into the aux port of your car. Voila.

yes that works, idk if that video will work- i assume it should, i have the same cable except just red and white which is audio

You won't be able to connect through USB but the L+R+V (if your car has a video in) signals should work.

You use the USB to charge.

Get an iPhone compatible Cigarette lighter to USB adapter.

So if we have a GSR with the sss package and we add the factory navi to the car ourselves, will it still be able to show the video? I am asking because i only remember seeing a red and white plug when i looked in the compartment hole

Yes the one I have from Apple charges my iPhone as well as plays music and video.

You have to install the video plug if yours doesn't have it. I think I saw something about it earlier and it wasn't too hard.
