What you're asking for is a crime...
And it doesn't matter if you have a copy, there is a dongle that must be inserted in order to proceed with the upgrade (if that's what you would call it). It only allows on upgrade per device.

If you're referring to the NAV update then they can be bought from any dealer. Mitsubishiparts.net is also a vendor here, I believe. It isn't cheap...$175 or so.
If you're talking about the hack that allows you to play DVDs while the car is moving then that's something different.

jamdread, would this mess up the DVD in-motion-hack? Would I have to re-do the hack each time i updated the music database?

It plugs into the service port - open up the screen, and there is a port on the bottom that looks as if you could plug a pair of headphones into it- that's the service port. The dongle itself looks like a black key fob with said 3.5mm interface at the end...
