Backup camera marker setup/adjust?

Backup camera marker setup/adjust?
Got the OEM backup camera installed and hooked up to the MMCS by the dealer. Everything works fine but there's no marker/guidelins shows when the camera is on. I did try to turn the marker on by holding "setup + navi buttoms" for few seconds, then " Backup Camera Marker". Try all the buttoms to adjust it but still nothing came up, any idea?
