So I got mmcs installed after the purchase of my 2010 MR, turns out that the aux video+audio port comes installed only if the navi is installed by the factory. So I too have the aux audio only port like your pictures.
I was told by the dealership that the wiring is present in the navi, just need to find the right harness/port, but I am not sure I trust their knowledge on this one. I found the port that that should work (Evolution X Auxiliary & VIDEO RCA Port):

The video while driving must be software hack that is available for older firmware.

 

Anyone have an answer for the what the MUT tool will do for you. +++++

Check out my thread on New fuse system in the ralliart how to, if i can figure out how to wire in the new fuse system you can have a usb in and forget about the RCA. Still waiting on parts to come in.

 

Say what you have is not working now?
GPS?
other functions in the MMCS work?, you can view statistics of fuel consumption and control settings?
what you can watch movies while driving it is just a firmware upgrade.
