Dummy Switch Removal
Dummy Switch Removal
Hey everyone,
As I have a radar detector and 2 gauges I'm hardwiring through a terminal strip + add-a-fuse, I want to place a switch in the circuit so I can turn everything on/off in one place. I want to mount the switch on the dummy switch located next to the ASC to the left of the steering wheel. Problem is, when I push the dummy in, it's not budging. I removed the one on the center console with little effort, but that one won't go. Any tips?
Thanks

i located my remote mute for my radar detector there... you have to take the whole section out that is under the steering wheel. once you get it out, there is 2 screws holding it in.
