Removing ODBII Connector

I was wondering if anyone out there knows how the ODBII connector undereath the dash is attached. It wobbles so I imagine there are clips but I tried squeezing the sides pushing and pulling. I am old so my back isn't that great and trying to work under there, sucks.

I ran a USB cable from there to glove box back to under the center console. pulled power from cigarete lighter to adapter inside center console for my Dell Mini 9. I just want to use a Y splitter for the ODBII can always be hooked up but if the dealer or shop need to pull codes they can plug in. I understand I might need to make a bracket or something for the new plug but I have to get the old plug out first.

Any help would greatly be appreciated
