Everyone- I'm new to the forum and I searched prior to this post. I have a stock 03 Evo VIII that sat for about a year and a half. I replaced the battery and now the left low beam HID lamp is not working. When the lights are turned on, you can hear the motor working and see the lens moving but no light. Anyone had this problem? I bought a new "bulb" and the mitsu dealer tried installing it to no avail (no cost). Thx in advance and Great forum!!
