NAVI problem
Do you still have 3-year bumper-to-bumper warranty?
If not, maybe check in the settings and see if there's a "reset to factory defaults" option or something similar.. otherwise, maybe try disconnecting the car's battery for a few minutes and see if the navi resets itself.
If none of that helps, it might be worth pulling the dash and checking that all the wires are good (connectors plugged in securely, no frays or cuts in the wiring). Also check for something weird, like a button that might've gotten partially stuck down.
Worse-case scenario, you can just install an aftermarket navi.
Anyway, that's all I can think of.. good luck
ETA: If you can get into the navi long enough before it resets itself, you can follow these directions to access the service menu and check diagnostics of the nav system..
