Quick Rockford Question?

I have a '10 RF system and was wondering if I can change the front speakers with a set of components and be able to run a aftermarket 5 ch amp to power them and stock rear speakers and sub? I will also have a Pioneer x930bt installed too. Should I stick with a 4 ch amp instead?
Thanks

You can change the fronts if you like without changing a thing.

The factory sub is dual voice-coil at .5 per coil, so you can get it stable on some amps. If you want to run the factory deck you're in for a world of hurt with the mito-02 connector to run an aftermarket amp. They are like $150 last time I looked. That was enough to push me over the edge to replace the entire system.

Ya I won't be using the factory deck but the pioneer. I was thinking maybe the jl xd700/5 or alpine pdx5 as my amp and then polk audio speakers for front and maybe rear but want to keep factory sub
