Navi question

Is the actual nav unit in the lancer, outlander, and evo all the same ? Is the unit the same for all years ? I know the nav disc is different because of last years update but are any of there any other differences. When did fuse get added ?

Think FUSE was added in 2011.

I'm pretty sure the MMCS navi is the same for Lancer and Evo, but not sure about the Outlander (it looks damn-near identical, though).

I just installed an aftermarket plug and play kit on my car from autodvdgps.com..... i searched for weeks and found them to be the cheapest and it is sooooo easy to install you should check it out i thought that the factory system was pretty weak bc i didnt get the fosgate setup and so i ran an amp and twelve with their head unit... from what i can tell you already have a head unit but if you dont check them out! o btw sorry to kinda take over the post there i really have no idea to post my own.... im new to the site.

FUSE is a 2011 option, and the MMCS is the same for all of the cars, the only difference is the mounting bracket and the dash trim kit. As for adding the FUSE, I'm not sure if that's possible with pre-2011 models of MMCS.
