Stock wiring (rockford) capacitor location

Okay, so, I have been using the stock wiring to drive the stock rockford speakers (tweets/mids) with an aftermarket amp and HU for some time.

I've always known there was a capacitor somewhere in the line, and, today, it went bad, I believe. I am showing no impedance between my wiring that I have to my amplifier, and the wiring to the tweet.

Where is this capacitor that is being used to make my sound quality sound poor, and that has now gone bad?

In the door? Fuse cluster area?

Hello, the condenser on tvitter isn't present. Frequencies are divided by the regular amplifier (bi-amping).
