Battery Issues

I think my battery is starting to die on me. I'll park and go into a store and come out and the car barely cranks over or struggles to turn on. Doesn't happen all the time though but in the last 5 weeks or so it seems to be getting worse. The car is 2 1/2 years old (2010 Evo X GSR with no stereo mods). Is this covered under warranty or is it just one of those items I'm better off replacing myself?

Get it tested at any sears auto or napa or oreilys or really any auto store. Its not covered under warranty, just buy a new one if it is really failing.

correct me if im wrong but I think the regular lancers have 2 or 3 years warranty coverage on the battery. maybe worth checking into to see if its the same for evo?

I'm currently travelling now for work so I'll have to check when I get back in 3 weeks. If its not under warranty oh well, time to get another battery.
