Confused/need help with getting sat radio

I got my evo x with the nav but stock base 6 speaker sound with "satellite capable". I tried searching and just couldn't figure it out about how to get satellite working so I can reactivate my account. I had the Rockford on my old 08 mr with the satellite already working

Thanks

you should be able to switch the radio
to "Sat" and it will put you on the xm preview channel , once its there change the channel down, and it will give you your sat nav ID code.

thats the thing, theres a blank space on the navi screen where the "sirius" button would be. I saw a thread where a guy posted how to get sirius working by buying an antenna and sirius module for our cars but then saw another thread where with the fuse system for 2011+ evo's the wiring behind the glove comparent was different and I just got too confused. That thread ended un resolved. According to what I've read, the stock sound system is satellite capable but I have found no useful info to get it working
