New touchscreen for the 2014 Lancer family

Just curious, has anyone looked into retro fitting the 2014 model touchscreens to previous year models yet? Just looking at all options here.

best way to check is pull up the part number diagrams and see if it's the same harnesses

I think your most basic aftermarket double din head unit will be better designed/have more features than the 2014 stock headunit
