What audio equalizer settings are people using?

What audio equalizer settings are people using?
I have the factory RF stereo and MMCS. I'm using the below settings
Balance and fade = 0 and 0. No change from default
Equalizer "normal"
punch 5
bass +1
mid +2
treble +3
Acoustic PremiDIA Wide
Sound field live (Live sounds much better to me than the other 2 choices)
Speed compensated volume high
PremiDIA HD Low
Dolby Low
What are you guys using?

I use the following, making minor adjustments depending on the type of music.
Equalizer "rock" or "hiphop"
punch 3
bass 0
mid +1
treble +2
I think I also use the wide option, but keep the other options off.
