Hi i bought a GSR 2012 2 days ago and i'm looking to get some HID. I got halogen headlights since there's no sss package here in canada. My DRL are running as the Low beam too and i was wondering if i buy some HID will i have to pull out the fuse of the DRL or buy an harness? or the HID will handle half the voltage?

well the HID kits usually come with a relay setup. As long as the amps provided to the harness is sufficient, it should be okay. Are you sure the DRL lights are the same as the headlights tho? That would be odd.
