So this doesn't happen constantly, but sporadically I will push to turn the music volume up on my center console and the volume goes down (and vice versa ...press down and it goes up). It does it sporadically even when I use the steering wheel button. Of course when I go to the dealer it works fine and there are no other electrical issues. Just wondering if anyone else has/had this problem ...?

My car does the same thing (only on the steering wheel, but I have the later touchscreen non-nav)! I wait a few seconds and up becomes up again. Something in the CAN BUS is being interpreted incorrectly.
